Sun City Country Club in Yanchep, Western Australia, seeks a Director of Golf to lead Golf Operations, Pro Shop and member experience. You will shape the department, mentor staff, manage budgets, and drive development programmes with the General Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will implement strategic plans, grow golf participation, manage events, and build strong industry partnerships while upholding safe, compliant operations.

Qualificações

• Strong golf industry and operational experience with understanding of club golf and competitions.
• Experience leading people and creating a positive service culture.
• Experience in a Pro Shop, retail or commercially focused golf operation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day Golf Operations and member/visitor experience.
• Mentor and develop Golf Operations staff with clear service standards.
• Oversee competitions, bookings and member golf.
• Drive commercial performance of the Pro Shop including merchandising and inventory.
