Job summary

Joondalup Resort, part of TenGolf Group, seeks an experienced Cart Room Supervisor to lead the Cart Room operations and deliver outstanding golf services for members, guests and corporate clients. Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage the Cart Room team, coordinate events and ensure a high standard of presentation, safety and service.

This is a full-time role with a Tuesday–Saturday roster and opportunities for career development within Western

Qualifications

• Experience in golf operations leadership or similar customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette and course operations.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise and coordinate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Cart Room operations and supervise the Cart Room team.
• Manage rosters, payroll, leave requests and shift scheduling.
• Coordinate golf days, tournaments, and corporate groups.
