Job summary

Morling College in Sydney invites applications for the Director of Library Services. You will provide strategic leadership for the national MC Library across Brisbane, Sydney and Perth campuses, translating strategy into local operations and advancing teaching, learning and research support.

Qualifications

• Qualification in library studies and eligibility for ALIA associate Librarian membership.
• Experience leading staff or services across distributed, hybrid or multi-campus environments.
• Broad experience in library services including collections, systems, technical services and client services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, oversight, planning and decision making for the national MC Library across Brisbane, Sydney and Perth campuses.
• Align service objectives with MC's strategy and operational plans; deliver insights to MC leadership.
• Provide people leadership and supervise staff; lead workforce planning and development.
