Job summary

St Francis Catholic College is seeking a Library Manager to lead the Alexandria Resource Centre at our Melton Campus. This full-time POL 2 role will drive a vibrant reading culture, support teaching and learning with print and digital resources, and foster literacy and research skills.

Commencing January 2027, the successful candidate will contribute to a welcoming, inclusive space and collaborate across campuses, with strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities to engage students and staff.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent).
• A strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of the College.
• Ability to implement differentiated learning and use contemporary technology to support student outcomes.
• An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• An eagerness to learn.
