Job summary

Accor is hiring a Director of IT Service Operations to lead and continuously enhance IT support services across its Pacific corporate offices. You will balance global standards with local business needs and own day-to-day operations, people leadership, and service quality.

You will drive the global service roadmap, foster a strong customer-focused culture, manage assets and vendors, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ IT support or service management experience.
• Experience building and fostering a strong service culture across multi-site or international environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM practices, workplace technologies and asset lifecycle management.
• Analytical and data-driven with experience managing regional budgets and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT support team.
• Oversee end-to-end IT service operations across the region.
• Drive continuous improvement via KPI monitoring, automation, and process optimisation.
• Manage assets, vendors, and service providers for cost-effective delivery.
• Act as a key contact for stakeholders, balancing regional needs with global standards.
