Job summary

Orange City Council is seeking an experienced strategic leader to join its Executive Leadership Team as Director Infrastructure. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee roads, water and sewer services, waste operations, building services, parks, sporting precincts, the airport and major capital projects.

You will work closely with the CEO, Directors and Councillors to drive infrastructure investment, lead a capable workforce, and shape Orange's long-term growth, sustainability and liveability for

Qualifications

Proven executive leadership experience within a large and complex organisation.
Strategic expertise in infrastructure, asset management and capital project delivery.
Strong stakeholder and political acumen with Councillors and agencies.
Ability to build capability and lead teams through change and growth.
