Job summary

Blue Mountains City Council seeks a senior leader to direct Infrastructure & Project Delivery Services, driving planning, delivery and maintenance of critical assets. You will ensure a safe road network, integrated transport, and resilient stormwater systems while managing capital works and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires a proven ability to lead a large workforce, manage budgets, and foster customer service, WHS and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification and extensive leadership experience.
• Experience directing large indoor/outdoor workforces.
• Strong political and commercial acumen in public sector environments.
