Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director in Workforce & Organisation Transformation to advise senior executives and lead major transformations. You will unite strategy, operating model design, and AI-enabled capabilities to help clients rethink work, workforce, and performance.

Responsibilities include leading complex engagements, shaping operating models, and delivering measurable business outcomes while building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders.

Formación

• Significant experience in management consulting or related advisory environment.
• Strong problem solving and analytical capability; translate complexity into story.
• Confident at facilitating difficult executive conversations with leadership.
• Bias toward practical outcomes; balance strategy with implementation.
• Deep expertise in workforce transformation, org design, change, and AI-enabled business.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary engagements from diagnosis to value realisation.
• Advise senior executives and build trusted client relationships at C-suite level.
• Design future operating models, org structures, roles, governance, and accountability.
• Develop AI-enabled workforce strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive client engagement leadership, governance, and measurable outcomes.
