Aristocrat is seeking a transformational leader to design and build a next-generation enterprise planning capability that links talent, strategy, and financial performance across a global technology and gaming business.

You will architect the future-state planning model, modernise processes with data and AI-driven insights, and partner with senior executives to shape how strategic workforce decisions are made.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A or workforce planning.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformations across complex organisations.
• Strong data and financial analysis skills with a business partnering mindset.
• Ability to translate strategy into governed workforce plans and clear governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a future-state operating model across multiple functions.
• Redesign the end-to-end workforce planning cycle from strategic demand to budget and forecast.
• Lead workforce planning transformation with clear change management and roadmaps.
• Partner with executive leaders to translate priorities into governed workforce plans.
• Drive standardisation of data, definitions, and reporting to improve transparency.
• Deliver robust headcount budgets, labour costs, and investments; forecast accuracy.
