Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Sydney is seeking a Director in our Workforce & Organisation Transformation practice. You will advise senior executives, originate and lead major transformation engagements, and build trusted client relationships across strategy, organisation design, workforce transformation, change and emerging AI capabilities.

Your engagements will range from enterprise workforce strategy for an AI-enabled future to redesigning operating models, organisation structures and helping thousands

Qualifications

• Significant experience in management consulting or advisory environments with senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong problem solving and analytical capability; ability to turn complexity into a compelling story.
• Confidence facilitating executive conversations and challenging assumptions.
• Bias toward practical outcomes; able to move between strategy and implementation.
• Deep expertise across workforce transformation, organisation design, change management, and AI-enabled business.

Responsibilities

• Organisational design and operating model design; translate strategy into future models, roles, governance and responsibilities.
• AI-enabled workforce transformation; identify how activities and skills will change and where new human+AI work creates value.
• Change, adoption and transformation; deliver measurable changes in behaviour and performance.
• Client and engagement leadership; manage complex, multidisciplinary engagements and senior stakeholders.
• Build the market; originate opportunities and develop propositions for workforce transformation.
