Wotton Kearney is seeking a Director of Data & AI to lead the firm’s enterprise-wide data, analytics and AI strategy. You will shape the transformation roadmap, align technology with business goals, and build capability across teams to deliver measurable value for clients and the business.

This senior role requires broad expertise in data engineering, analytics and AI/ML, with a strong governance framework and experience turning emerging tech into practical opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior data/analytics/AI leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise data and AI strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading complex data and technology transformation programs.
• Broad technical understanding across data engineering, analytics and AI/ML.
• Strong governance knowledge including privacy, security and responsible AI.

Responsabilités

• Lead Data & AI transformation across WK’s ecosystem, advancing from foundations to AI-enabled decision-making.
• Partner with legal, technology, strategy and client-facing teams to embed data/AI into operations and services.
• Develop capability across data engineering, analytics and AI with a focus on enterprise scalability.
• Provide governance for data architecture, privacy, security and responsible AI across development and deployment.
• Define and deliver WK’s firm-wide data and AI strategy and multi-year transformation roadmap.
