Job summary

Resolution Digital, part of Omnicom Media Group, is seeking a General Manager, Digital Innovation to lead a future-facing portfolio spanning CX, UX/UI, optimisation, AI and product innovation, with ownership of its commercial performance and growth.

Working with the Managing Director, you will shape Resolution's path, connecting capabilities across the Omnicom network and turning emerging technology into scalable client solutions that drive measurable value and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Digital Innovation portfolio and its commercial performance.
• Developing innovative, scalable products and propositions across customer experience, AI, optimisation and digital transformation.
• Building and converting a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Partnering with senior leaders across Resolution and the wider Omnicom network to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Identifying where emerging technology creates genuine commercial opportunity for clients.
• Coaching and developing senior capability leaders while helping shape the broader business strategy.
