You will transform user-generated content, testimonials, and founder-led footage into conversion-focused assets, while iterating on hooks, messaging angles, and CTAs with growth teams.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience editing direct response video ads for DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio showing paid social video ads and performance storytelling.
• Experience designing static ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop for static assets.
• Understanding of hooks, CTAs, and conversion-focused messaging.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for ideation and editing.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms with focus on engagement and conversion.
• Produce ads from user-generated content, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led footage.
• Create multiple hook variations and messaging angles for testing.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and production.
• Write or adapt ad scripts and copy to communicate benefits and drive action.
• Design high-converting static creatives for paid social campaigns.
• Organize assets and collaborate with growth and strategy teams.
• Deliver multiple assets weekly within deadlines.
