Job summary

Eucalyptus Spa is seeking a fast, prolific video editor to join our in-house creative team in Australia. You’ll cut content for paid social across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels with a strong emphasis on performance and craft.

You’ll shoot regularly, work on set, and collaborate with Senior Producer, Associate Creative Director, Senior Copywriter, Motion Designer, and Performance team. Tool-agnostic, you’ll choose DaVinci, CapCut, or others to ship fast.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years editing at pace in house, agency, or freelance with a reel showing range and performance.
• Reel demonstrates ability to craft performance-driven content for social platforms.
• Stack-agnostic with focus on outcomes rather than software evangelism.
• Ability to shoot on set and edit for social formats from concept to delivery.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume workflow and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Editing for performance, owning post end to end—cut, sound, colour, captions, motion, exports across high-volume paid social and brand work.
• Shifting between shooting with the team and on solo shoots when needed; learn from senior teammates on bigger days.
• Contribute BTS and quick-shot ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Cutting native to platform; tailor edits to each channel's best practices from first frame.
• Partner with Performance and Social teams to analyze what converts and iterate based on data.
• Communicate status, blockers, and timelines clearly to keep projects moving.
• Bring creative input to briefs, propose references, and push for impactful work.
