Job summary

DMCG Global is seeking an AI Content Creator to produce and launch ads at volume for Meta, YouTube, and Google from a remote Australia-based role. You will use the brand's in-house AI software to craft ad scenes, select top outputs, and assemble launch-ready campaigns.

A strong eye for aesthetics and experience in content or paid social is valued; training is provided, and performance bonuses are tied to ad spend milestones.

Qualifications

• Background in content creation, social media or paid social, ideally with agency or high-volume content experience.
• Exposure to UGC, ad creative or performance marketing is highly regarded.
• Genuine eye for aesthetics; ability to make content engaging, not forced.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine prompts in the brand's in-house AI software to generate ad scenes and creative assets.
• Produce multiple variations of each concept efficiently.
• Review AI outputs and select creative that is on brand and likely to perform.
• Assemble selected scenes into finished, launch-ready ads, with at least one completed per day.
• Support the launch of ads across Meta, YouTube and Google.
• Use performance data to inform future creative decisions.
• Contribute to improving the creative process as the team scales.
