You will craft winning angles, hooks, and messaging for a mature female audience, briefing creators and editors while collaborating with media buyers to scale performance and uphold brand vision.

You will own the creative process from ideation through testing and iteration, turning insights into high-converting campaigns that drive growth for a fast-growing e-commerce brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for D2C brands.
• Deep understanding of Meta & TikTok ad creatives.
• Experience scaling ads, not just launching them.
• Strong copy instincts for hooks, headlines, CTAs.
