Job summary

Mini Masterminds North Parramatta is seeking a Full-Time Diploma Educator to lead play-based learning and support children’s development in a safe, nurturing setting. You will work with a team to deliver engaging programs, document learning, and build strong relationships with children and families.

You will hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and EYLF/NQS knowledge, with 2+ years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Preferably 2+ years' experience in an early childhood education and care setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and NQS.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre.
