Job summary

Mini Masterminds in North Parramatta is seeking a dedicated Diploma Educator to join our team in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences while supporting each child’s wellbeing and development.

You will collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment, align with EYLF and NQS standards, and contribute to centre improvements. Valid WWCC and Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience working in early childhood education and care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre.
• Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions.
