Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a Full-Time Diploma Educator for its Erskineville centre in New South Wales. You will collaborate with a team to deliver play-based, engaging learning experiences that support each child's development and wellbeing.

Qualified candidates will have a ACECQA-approved Diploma, WWCC, and current First Aid/CPR; EYLF/NQS knowledge is essential, with 2+ years in ECE preferred. The role offers career development and supportive leadership, with rotas that support work-life

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current WWCC.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
