Job summary

Mini Masterminds Tallawong is seeking a Diploma Educator to join our team in a Full-Time role. You will deliver play-based learning, support each child’s development, and work collaboratively with educators to maintain a high-quality learning environment.

Applicants should hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma, WWCC, First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis, and EYLF/NQS knowledge; 2+ years of ECE experience is preferred. Australian working rights required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation, and contribute to centre improvements.
