Job summary

Mini Masterminds Erskineville is seeking a passionate Diploma Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will plan and deliver play-based learning, support children's development, and work closely with families to create a caring, high-quality learning environment.

You should hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection training. We offer above award wages, childcare discounts, PD, and career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Observe and document children's learning and development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
