Mini Masterminds Erskineville is seeking a passionate Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our 83-place centre. You will deliver play-based learning, support child development, and build strong relationships with families in a safe, inclusive setting.

To succeed you will hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and knowledge of EYLF/NQS. 2+ years in ECEC is preferred. We offer above-award wages, childcare discounts, and ongoing professional development.
