Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a Full-Time Diploma Educator for our Erskineville centre (83 places). You will deliver play-based learning, support children's development and wellbeing, and work within a caring team to ensure an inclusive, high-quality environment.

You will collaborate with families, observe progress, and contribute to continuous centre improvement, guided by EYLF and NQS standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Preferably 4+ years’ experience in an early childhood education and care setting

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Observe and document children's learning and development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
• Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions
