Qualifikationen

• Diploma or working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience in an Early Childhood Service.
• Experience in administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent/community liaison.
• Experience in educational programming and observation analysis.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management to deliver best outcomes for families and children.
• Develop educational program under the direction of the Educational Leader, Centre Director and Approved Provider to provide a high-quality program for all children.
• Assist with the smooth running of the room in line with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures under the direction of the Lead Educator.

EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma or working towards Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience in an Early Childhood Service
• Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison
• Proven experience in educational programming and observation analysis
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.

POSITION OBJECTIVES

• Develop and contribute to the educational program under the direction of the Educational Leader, Centre Director and Approved Provider to provide a high-quality program for all children.
• Assist with the smooth running of the room in line with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures under the direction of the Lead Educator.

All applicants must also have a:

• Current Provide an Emergency First Aid response in an Education and Care Setting qualification
• Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management training
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Accredited Child Protection Training
• Ability to program and provide high quality programs for all children.
• Possess excellent computer, verbal, and written communication skills.
