Job summary

Campbelltown City Council in Campbelltown NSW is seeking a temporary Program Coordinator – Digital Program to support the OneCouncil digital transformation across multiple teams and project streams.

You will coordinate governance, scheduling, documentation and day-to-day activities, manage risk, issues and dependencies, and work with technology vendors and staff to deliver program outcomes within the 12‑month window.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience coordinating large-scale projects, programs or transformations.
• Ability to support senior governance forums with agendas, papers and minutes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with senior leaders and vendors.
• Strong organisational and planning skills to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance, scheduling, registers and records of the OneCouncil Program.
• Maintain schedules across streams and coordinate workshops, testing and training.
• Maintain program and project risk, issue, decision, dependency and change registers.
• Collaborate with Digital Program Manager, module project managers and partners to deliver outcomes.
