Westmead Fertility Centre seeks a Digital Transformation Leader to shape its technology landscape. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to modernise systems, enhance patient and staff experiences, and strengthen data capabilities across the organisation.

This role focuses on replacing a legacy clinical platform and leading enterprise-wide technology transformation in a highly regulated healthcare setting.

Formación

• Proven experience leading digital transformation programs from planning to adoption.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology platforms and complex system implementations.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate tech concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience with governance, risk management and vendor management in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the enterprise-wide digital transformation program at Westmead Fertility Centre.
• Provide strategic direction on digital strategy, platforms and capability development.
• Oversee selection, implementation, and adoption of new digital platforms.
• Drive change management to ensure workforce readiness and adoption.
• Maintain data privacy, security and governance across initiatives.
• Build governance, risk reporting and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
• Enhance reporting, analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and operational performance.
