Job summary

Evolution Mining’s Ernest Henry Operations in Mount Isa are seeking an Officer - Training, Systems and Technical. The role focuses on supporting training, competency and site access across the operation within the Sustainability team.

Opportunity to modernise training systems and digital learning solutions while maintaining accurate data and compliance. The role offers a residential or DIDO arrangement, with a 5/2/4/3 roster supporting work-life balance and local community involvement.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a current Manual Driver's Licence.
• Strong experience using INX and the Microsoft Office suite.
• An understanding of training, competency and safety management systems within a mining or industrial environment.
• Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing digital learning content, online assessments or workflow improvements using systems such as Moodle, Articulate 360, Adobe or INX Assessor will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of training and competency systems across site.
• Develop and enhance digital training solutions, online assessments and eLearning resources through platforms such as Moodle and INX Assessor.
• Manage and support site access processes for employees, contractors and visitors through key site systems.
• Maintain accurate training records, competency data and compliance documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes and enhance the user experience.
