Oral Health Victoria (OHV) invites applications for a Statewide Systems Officer in Carlton, Victoria. You will be the first contact for users, guiding clinicians and staff through statewide systems and processes, ensuring reliable access to tools for high-quality care.

You will work in a scheduled contact centre, providing service between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, supporting systems such as EoHR, Unity, Titanium Legacy, NilRead, PACS Scan and more.

Responsabilités

• Respond to enquiries and service requests related to statewide oral health applications.
• Provide support to users of EoHR, Unity, Titanium Legacy, NilRead, PACS Scan and other applications.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to resolve user issues.
• Manage Service Desk tickets and maintain response times.
• Contribute to documentation, testing and continuous improvement activities.
