Job summary

V/Line is seeking a digital product owner to shape and manage the customer-facing digital portfolio, including the website, CMS and mobile app. You will own the backlog, translate customer needs into features, and work within an Agile environment to deliver accessible, high-quality digital experiences.

Key responsibilities include prioritising work, applying accessibility-by-design, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the digital customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience owning digital customer facing products with technical understanding of CMS and mobile apps.
• Proven ability to deliver in Agile environments with sprint planning and user stories.
• Understanding of accessibility principles including WCAG and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the digital customer experience backlog and roadmap.
• Translate customer needs into prioritized features, stories and acceptance criteria.
• Apply UX and accessibility principles to product decisions and development.
• Use feedback and data to drive continuous improvement across digital products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve products in line with priorities.
