Job summary

Ignite Travel Group is seeking a Digital Performance Lead to drive the strategy, execution and optimization of digital campaigns across its brands My Holiday and My Cruises. You will report to the Digital Performance Manager and collaborate with a team to deliver marketing activity, improve enquiry targets and maximise ROI.

The role requires proven experience managing Facebook and Google campaigns, strong data analytics capability, and a marketing/communications background.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record in managing performance channels.
• Comfortable reading and reporting on large data volumes.
• Confident in Google Ads, Meta Ads, EDMs and GA4.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications will be highly regarded.
• Minimum 5 years managing both Facebook and Google campaigns.
• Hands-on analytics and optimisation with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital strategy, execution and performance across channels for Ignite Travel Group brands.
• Lead a team of digital coordinators to deliver marketing activity and achieve enquiry targets.
• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting of campaigns.
• Continuously optimise campaigns and spend for ROI.
• Embed AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and insights.
