Job summary

Nine Publishing is seeking a Digital Performance Manager in Sydney for a 12-month contract. You will lead paid media campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, and programmatic channels, driving audience growth and subscription revenue.

You will also build dashboards, forecast budgets, and collaborate with Publishing teams to optimize performance. We value data-driven insights, experience with SA360/DV360, Google/Meta ads, and CRM/automation tools.

Qualifications

• Strong background in paid media management across SEM, Paid Social and programmatic channels.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting for performance metrics.
• Ability to forecast budgets and manage ad spend against commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video, and Audio.
• Build strong relationships with Publishing teams and other stakeholders.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Set up and maintain performance dashboards and financial reporting.
