Job summary

Black Raven Media is seeking a Paid Media Executive to run and optimise paid media across key client accounts. You’ll join a small, passionate team delivering national, award-nominated campaigns and owning campaigns from build to reporting.

You will work across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms, driving improvements with GA4, GTM and Looker Studio. The role is full-time and Brisbane-based, with a focus on measurable results for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Proven results optimising Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Confident with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Strong reporting skills and the ability to explain results in plain English.
• Sharp attention to detail, organised and self-motivated.
• Clear communicator with clients and colleagues.
• Reliable transport and licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and programmatic platforms.
• Drive continuous optimisation based on performance metrics and actionable insights.
• Set up and manage campaign tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Meta Pixel.
• Build performance reports in Looker Studio and talk clients through results and recommendations.
• Help build proposals and respond to client briefs.
• Pitch on engaging activation ideas.

We\'re on the hunt for a Paid Media Executive to run and optimise paid media across key client accounts. You\'ll join a small, passionate team running national, award-nominated digital campaigns. Since 2011 we have also delivered 450+ activations for clients like Subway, Flight Centre, EVA Air, and Containers for Change.

We are after a full-time Paid Media Executive who knows their way around Google Ads and Meta and loves making campaigns perform better. You\’ll take ownership of your accounts, from build and tracking through to optimisation and reporting.
