Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for ANZ & India. You will own end-to-end digital campaigns, manage newsletters, lead nurturing, and regional content, while coordinating with agencies to maximise ROI across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and 6sense ABM.

In this hybrid role based in Australia, you will drive pipeline and revenue with a strong commercial mindset, rigorous analytics, and localised campaigns that align to global strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in B2B digital marketing, preferably SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Strong experience across paid media, email automation, and content syndication.
• Proven ability to manage regional campaigns across markets (ANZ & India).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across ANZ & India incl. LinkedIn paid campaigns.
• Manage monthly newsletters and lead nurture campaigns with localised content.
• Maintain regional website content, SEO, and landing pages; localised CTAs.
• Oversee paid search & agency partnerships; optimize ROI and structure.
• Lead 6sense ABM campaigns; refresh creatives and targeting periodically.
• Track budgets, forecast, and report with data-driven insights.
