Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Director of Solutions Consulting for ANZ to lead a high-performing team and shape strategic go-to-market plans. You will drive technical leadership, customer value, and collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering to accelerate growth.

You will build AI and commercial capability within the team, translate emerging technologies into business outcomes, and engage with executives to ensure long-term success in Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of AI, CCaaS, CX, and Digital domains.
• Successful track record scaling SaaS or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, recruit and retain a team of high performing Solution Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Partner with Sales and regional leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Guide the team as trusted advisors throughout the sales cycle to deliver value-driven outcomes.
• Build the technical, commercial and AI capability of the team to engage customers on emerging technologies.
• Ensure customer alignment by designing tailored, data-driven solutions.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and the broader technology ecosystem.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes, tools, and practices to enhance team efficiency.
• Champion innovation with Product Management and Engineering.
• Monitor and report on team performance and business impact.
• Drive consistent revenue targets and engage at executive levels.
• Stay ahead of market trends and maintain domain expertise.
