Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm, invites applications for a Digital Marketing Manager on a 12-month contract. You will lead the firm's digital initiatives, guide the website evolution, and partner with the Communications team to boost brand reach, client engagement, and measurable results.

This role combines strategy, analytics, content and stakeholder engagement to deliver exceptional digital experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• Digital marketing qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in digital marketing, preferably in professional services or B2B.
• Experience using Marketo and managing large email campaigns.
• Strong experience managing and optimising websites and digital platforms.
• Solid understanding of SEO, website analytics and content optimisation.
• Experience interpreting digital performance data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s new website project, coordinating with internal stakeholders, agencies and tech partners.
• Manage and update the website, publish content, test UX, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate SEO and content discoverability, metadata, and technical SEO.
• Monitor website performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement and UX.
• Plan, build and execute email marketing campaigns using Marketo.
• Manage audience segmentation, campaign testing, scheduling and analysis.
• Analyze website, email, social media and campaign performance to generate insights.
• Support digital campaigns and social media initiatives to raise the firm’s profile.
• Provide digital marketing and social media advice to stakeholders across the business.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our high-performing Communications team on a 12-month contract, supporting the delivery of strategic digital initiatives that enhance our brand, strengthen client engagement and drive measurable results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys combining strategy, analytics, content and stakeholder engagement to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and Content, you will contribute to the ongoing evolution of our website, digital marketing channels and search visibility strategy while partnering with teams across the firm to deliver impactful campaigns and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in delivering the firm’s new website, working closely throughout the project with internal stakeholders, external agencies and technology partners.
• Support with managing and updating the website, including publishing content, user experience testing, resolving technical issues and stakeholder management
• Coordinate SEO and content discoverability initiatives, including content optimisation, metadata management, technical SEO and search performance improvements.
• Monitor website performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversions and overall user experience.
• Plan, build and execute email marketing campaigns using Marketo, including newsletters, events and thought leadership communications.
• Manage audience segmentation, campaign testing, scheduling and performance analysis to maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse website, email, social media and campaign performance, transforming data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Support the execution of digital campaigns and social media initiatives that enhance the firm’s profile and market presence.
• Provide digital marketing and social media advice and best-practice guidance to stakeholders across the business.

About You

You are a collaborative and commercially minded digital marketing professional with experience managing complex digital platforms and delivering engaging campaigns in a professional services or B2B environment. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and are confident using data to inform decision-making.

Ideally, you will bring:

• A qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
• Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and managing email campaigns to large audiences.
• Strong experience managing and optimising websites and digital platforms.
• A solid understanding of SEO principles, website analytics and content optimisation.
• Experience interpreting digital performance data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.

Highly Regarded

• Experience supporting website redesign, migration or digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush or similar analytics and SEO platforms.
• Experience developing SEO strategies, digital content governance initiatives and integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience creating and optimising campaign landing pages, microsites and other digital experiences.
• Experience managing agency and external vendor relationships.
