Job summary

Infoxchange is recruiting for a Learning & Training Specialist to build digital capability across the not-for-profit sector. The role delivers webinars, self-paced courses, and digital guides through the Hub, partnering with internal SMEs and external partners.

You will manage a small volunteer team, maintain the LMS (Moodle) and work with marketing to promote programs. This role supports high-quality blended learning and digital adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience designing blended learning and digital guides.
• Ability to perform training needs analysis and design activities.
• Proven delivery of LMS-based training content (Moodle).
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a training calendar to build digital capability.
• Lead creation of webinars and self-paced courses with partners and SMEs.
• Recruit and manage a small volunteer team for delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote programs and engage learners.
• Facilitate training programs and refine based on feedback.
• Manage the Learning Management System and prioritise enhancements.
