Job summary

Xplor Technologies in Melbourne is seeking a Client Training Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will empower administrators to use the platform effectively, boost adoption, and deliver high-quality training via webinars, 1:1 sessions, and expert hours.

You will manage LMS content, curate training materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure educational success for educators and providers. The role offers hybrid work and a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Background in early childhood education or CCS software preferred.
• Experience in software training and support.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to design and deliver engaging client training.
• Strong multitasking and time management.
• Comfortable working in a global organization with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality training via webinars, expert hours and 1:1 sessions tailored to customer needs.
• Curate and improve external training materials to stay relevant and meet customer needs.
• Manage the vertical’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date.
• Develop creative ways to encourage customers to adopt and maximise Xplor products.
• Stay informed on XplorEducation features and best practices.
• Ensure training aligns with customer needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver projects focused on adoption and empowerment.
• Create clear training for internal stakeholders during major product updates.
• Support Training Team to meet shared goals.
