Job summary

TAFE NSW seeks a Digital Builder to lead building, configuration, testing and ongoing maintenance of digital courses across our learning platforms. You will work with instructional designers, course developers and QA specialists to translate learning designs into engaging, accessible online environments that meet security and compliance requirements.

You will monitor course functionality and platform performance, provide technical troubleshooting, and support cloud-based and hosted learning apps

Qualifications

• Experience with learning management systems and building, configuring and optimising online courses.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for digital learning platforms.
• Valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test and maintain digital courses across learning platforms.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, course developers and QA specialists to translate learning designs into engaging online environments.
• Monitor course functionality and platform performance; identify usability improvements and optimise learner engagement.
• Support administration of cloud-based and hosted learning applications; maintain databases and documentation.
