Job summary

Getinge is seeking a customer-focused Applications & Technical Services Specialist to join our Digital Health Solutions team across Australia and New Zealand. You will provide technical expertise, application and hardware support, system implementations, and customer training to maximise value from our healthcare software and hardware solutions.

You’ll work closely with customers to resolve issues, coordinate installations, and drive successful adoption while upholding quality and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or technical services.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience delivering training or customer-facing projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience within healthcare, medical devices or digital health is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and hardware support for Digital Health Solutions products, including troubleshooting via phone, remote access, and onsite visits.
• Managing customer support requests and ensuring service levels and customer expectations are met.
• Delivering system implementations, installations, and upgrades within agreed project timelines and budgets.
• Conducting customer training and education programs to ensure successful product adoption.
• Creating and maintaining installation, training, and technical documentation.
• Supporting sales and customer-facing teams with product expertise, demonstrations, and technical guidance.
• Building strong relationships with healthcare customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintaining compliance with quality assurance, workplace health and safety, and business management system requirements.
