Getinge in Australia is seeking a customer‑focused Applications & Technical Services Specialist to join our Digital Health Solutions team. You will provide technical expertise, application support, system implementations, and customer training across our healthcare software and hardware portfolio.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support or application support within a technical services role.
Strong Microsoft Windows troubleshooting skills and customer-focused communication.
Experience delivering training, implementations or customer-facing projects.

Responsibilities

Providing application and hardware support for Digital Health Solutions products, including troubleshooting via phone, remote access, and onsite visits.
Managing customer support requests and ensuring service levels and customer expectations are met.
Delivering system implementations, installations, and upgrades within agreed project timelines and budgets.
Conducting customer training and education programs to ensure successful product adoption.
Creating and maintaining installation, training, and technical documentation.
Supporting sales and customer-facing teams with product expertise, demonstrations, and technical guidance.
Building strong relationships with healthcare customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.
