Job summary

Getinge Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Applications & Technical Services Specialist for our Digital Health Solutions team in Chatswood. You will provide application and hardware support, coordinate installations, and help healthcare providers maximise the value of our software and hardware solutions.

In this fast-paced role, you will train customers, troubleshoot issues, and work with sales and clinical teams to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support, application support or technical services.
Strong Microsoft Windows troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience delivering training, implementations or customer-facing projects.
Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience within healthcare, medical devices or digital health is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Provide application and hardware support for Digital Health Solutions products via phone, remote access, or onsite visits.
Manage customer support requests ensuring service levels are met.
Deliver system implementations, installations and upgrades within timelines and budgets.
Conduct customer training and education programs.
Create and maintain installation, training, and technical documentation.
Support sales and customer-facing teams with product expertise and demonstrations.
Build strong relationships with healthcare customers and ensure excellent service.
Maintain compliance with quality assurance, WHS, and business management systems.
