Getinge is seeking an Applications & Technical Services Specialist within Digital Health Solutions to support, implement, and train across its healthcare software and hardware portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.

You will troubleshoot, install, and upgrade systems, while building strong client relationships and ensuring adoption and satisfaction with the provided solutions. A strong background in IT support and customer-facing projects is preferred.

Qualificações

Experience in IT support, application support or technical services.
Strong Windows troubleshooting and remote support skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience delivering training, implementations or customer-facing projects.

Responsabilidades

Provide application and hardware support for Digital Health Solutions products, via phone, remote access, or onsite visits.
Manage customer support requests and maintain service levels.
Lead system implementations, installations and upgrades within project timelines and budgets.
Deliver customer training and education programs for product adoption.
Create and maintain installation, training, and technical documentation.
Support sales with product expertise and technical guidance.
