Job summary

Paramount Australia is seeking an experienced National Marketing Growth Manager to drive digital growth, retention, and customer engagement. You will lead a high-performing team, work with cross-functional units, and implement world-first digital activations.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing – Broadcast & Digital and collaborate with media agencies to optimize platforms, channels and campaigns across Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practice, segmentation, and online channels.
• Data-led, able to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience leading/high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital acquisition strategies to grow the customer base and optimize CPA.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders and media agencies for effective platforms and placements.
• Mentor digital marketing team members and drive paid performance and owned channels.
• Manage Customer Engagement Platform and martech partners.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and creative improvements.
• Monitor performance with tools like Adobe Analytics, Braze, Branch and paid metrics; drive optimizations.
