Job summary

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to transform how our Communications team works using digital platforms, data, AI and technology. You will build smarter systems, optimise workflows and drive adoption of innovative tools to improve efficiency and impact across the business.

You will partner with Communications, Digital & Technology, Marketing and other stakeholders to translate needs into scalable digital solutions, develop dashboards and performance measures, and

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and/or substantial experience in digital experience, communications, transformation, analytics, product ownership, change management or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the Enterprise Messaging Library and Communications Planning Calendar, ensuring accessibility and usability.
• Optimize platforms, workflows and tools to improve consistency, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify AI-enabled tools and automation opportunities to improve quality and reduce duplication.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to turn data into actionable insights.
• Provide guidance, training and standards to drive adoption of new systems.
• Partner with Digital & Technology to translate needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Use feedback and analytics to enhance usability, accessibility and impact.
