Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced Strategic Communications Manager to partner with senior leaders, shaping compelling narratives and providing strategic advice to strengthen the organisation's reputation across the business.

Based in Brisbane, you’ll lead communications for allocated areas, blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a complex healthcare environment and collaborating with the national Communications team for consistent messaging.

Qualifications

Significant experience in strategic communications, corporate affairs or PR.
Proven advisory experience with senior leaders and complex stakeholders.
Excellent writing, storytelling and strategic planning abilities.
Experience managing media activity, sensitive issues and reputational risks.
Strong judgement and collaboration to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on communications opportunities, stakeholder engagement and reputation.
Shape compelling narratives that bring business priorities to life.
Lead issues management and timely escalation of risks.
Drive media engagement, develop proactive stories and monitor coverage.
Develop communications strategies and briefs aligning audiences, messaging and channels.
