Hospital Products Australia (HPA) is seeking a Digital Marketing & AI Specialist to lead data-driven digital marketing initiatives across email, website, social media and paid campaigns. You will leverage AI-enabled tools to improve content quality, campaign performance and workflow efficiency within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing, marketing assistant or similar role.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working across email, social media and website content.
• Interest in AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging technologies.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Brevo).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience in healthcare, medical or regulated industries.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives across email, website, SEO/SEM and social media.
• Assist with the development and scheduling of social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Support paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social.
• Maintain and update website content, product pages, landing pages and blogs.
• Assist with CRM and promotional email campaigns, including content development, segmentation and reporting.
• Use AI tools to draft, refine and optimise marketing content, while applying human review to ensure accuracy, tone and compliance.
• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support general marketing activities, including industry events, exhibitions, product launches and internal marketing initiatives.
• Assist with marketing assets for tenders, sales documentation and presentations.
• Help maintain digital asset libraries and marketing records.
