Inner West Council is seeking a Digital Experience and User Experience Specialist to design accessible, intuitive web experiences for customers and staff, spanning Council’s website, intranet and forms.

The Digital Experience and User Experience Specialist position support the delivery of Council’s Digital Experience vision by designing and enhancing accessible, intuitive and user-centred digital experiences for customers and staff.
You will provide specialist User Interface / User Experience design and accessibility expertise across Council’s website, staff intranet, forms and assigned digital initiatives, drawing on user research, analytics and feedback to understand needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
$115,437.92 p.a. - $128,100.96 p.a. + 12% Superannuation
