Job summary

Melrose Health is seeking a commercially driven Senior Digital & eCommerce Manager to lead digital growth across a portfolio of wellness brands. Based in Rowville with a hybrid setup, you will own digital marketing, eCommerce, CRM and data-driven initiatives to drive revenue and customer loyalty.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & eCommerce, you will build and mentor a high‑performing team, collaborate with brands and agencies, and translate business objectives into high‑performing digital

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading digital marketing, eCommerce or online trading functions in FMCG/health/retail.
• Experience driving online revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Melrose’s digital marketing and eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability and customer acquisition.
• Own and optimise the performance of Melrose’s websites, focusing on conversion, customer experience and online sales growth.
• Manage performance marketing channels including SEM, SEO, social media, affiliates and paid digital campaigns.
• Drive CRM, loyalty and email marketing strategies to increase customer retention, engagement and lifetime value.
• Monitor and analyse digital, eCommerce and trading performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Manage agency and technology partners to ensure effective campaign delivery and platform performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Digital & eCommerce team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure digital initiatives support broader brand and commercial objectives.
