Job summary

Salt seeks a talented digital designer to own UX/UI and create engaging social content across formats. You will move briefs from concept through launch, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand-consistent, high-impact assets.

You’ll design for web, mobile and social, stay ahead of design trends, and use AI tools to accelerate ideation while delivering pixel-perfect work. This onsite Northern Beaches role offers dynamic growth and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Degree or advanced diploma in graphic design or equivalent.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience designing for social, web, and digital campaigns.
• Strong layout, typography and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into scalable digital assets across platforms.
