Salt in Melbourne CBD on-site is seeking a Midweight Motion Designer for a two-month contract to bring campaigns to life with engaging animation across digital, DOOH and social.

You’ll collaborate with a Senior Designer and a Graphic Designer, adapt concepts, maintain brand guidelines, and deliver production-ready assets on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Midweight Motion Designer with experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating motion assets for digital campaigns, DOOH and social platforms.

Responsabilités

• Create and roll out engaging motion graphics and animated content across digital, DOOH, social and display.
• Adapt existing creative concepts into animated assets across multiple formats, sizes and specifications.
• Bring static designs to life through animation, transitions and motion effects.

Motion Designer - Digital Campaigns & Content 2 Month Contract | Melbourne CBD | On-site

We're on the lookout for a talented Midweight Motion Designer to join the fast-paced in-house creative team of a well-known hospitality brand on a short-term contract. This is a hands‑on, delivery-focused role, perfect for a Motion Designer who enjoys bringing creative campaigns to life through engaging animation and motion graphics across digital, DOOH and social. Working alongside a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer and Client Services Lead, you'll be responsible for creating, adapting and rolling out high-quality motion assets across multiple formats, ensuring everything is on-brand, engaging and production-ready.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition and visual storytelling.
• Experience working with existing creative concepts and brand guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail, with an understanding of digital formats, specifications and export requirements.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and delivering high‑quality work to tight deadlines.
• A collaborative, approachable personality who enjoys working as part of a busy creative team.

• Location: Melbourne CBD
• Working arrangement: 5 days on-site
• Start: Immediate availability preferred
